Rally Donations & Sponsorship

Please be advised of the following updated policy regarding
rally sponsorship.
The following criteria must be met in its entirety, 

• All requests need to be submitted at least 6 months in advance.
• Fulfillment of sponsorship is required and is intended to be negotiated at onset of request 
• Once an agreed upon proposal is met a contract shall be drawn for issuance of donation
